The Maestro Kids Parent-Funded Music Program allows your preschool or childcare center to offer a high-quality, standards-based weekly music program without increasing your operating budget.

Instead of the school paying for services, families enroll directly with Maestro Kids. We manage parent enrollment, tuition collection, billing, customer support, and monthly class rosters, making it easy for your school to provide an exceptional music enrichment program with minimal administrative involvement.

How the Program Works

Once your school enrolls:

Families are invited to enroll their children directly with Maestro Kids.

Parents pay $50 per month directly to Maestro Kids.

Students receive one 30-minute music class each week.

Maestro Kids manages enrollment, tuition collection, billing, and customer support.

Your school receives an updated Active Class Roster before the beginning of each month.

Only students listed on the Active Class Roster participate in weekly music classes.

Monthly Enrollment

To reserve a student's place in the program, tuition must be received by the 1st day of each month.

For example:

Payment received by September 1 reserves a student's place for September classes.

Payments received after the monthly enrollment deadline are automatically applied to the following month's enrollment.

This allows Maestro Kids to finalize class rosters, schedule instructors, and prepare curriculum before classes begin.

Minimum Enrollment Guarantee

Maestro Kids guarantees that a weekly music class will be provided when at least four (4) students are enrolled and paid by the monthly enrollment deadline.

If fewer than four students are enrolled for a particular month:

The program will not be held for that month.

Families will receive a full refund or may choose to apply their payment as a credit toward the following month's tuition.

The school will be notified promptly so everyone is informed before the monthly program begins.

This policy helps ensure every class provides an engaging group learning experience while allowing Maestro Kids to deliver a consistent, high-quality program.
