Parent Enrollment & Program Policies
Welcome to Maestro Kids!
Thank you for enrolling your child in the Maestro Kids Parent-Funded Music Program. We're excited to provide a joyful, standards-based music education experience at your child's preschool or childcare center.
This page explains how enrollment, tuition, scheduling, and program participation work so you know what to expect throughout the school year.
Program Information
Monthly Tuition: $67 per student
Your child's enrollment includes:
One 30-minute music class each week
Four music classes per month (based on the school calendar)
Singing, movement, rhythm, percussion, and instrument exploration
Standards-based early childhood music education for children ages 2–6
Professional instruction by a California Credentialed Music Teacher
Monthly Tuition & Enrollment
Maestro Kids manages enrollment and tuition directly with families.
To reserve your child's place in class, monthly tuition is due by the 1st day of each month.
Examples
Payment received by September 1 reserves your child's place for September classes.
Payment received after September 1 will be applied to October enrollment.
Because class rosters, scheduling, and lesson planning are completed before classes begin, payments received after the monthly enrollment deadline cannot be added to the current month's program.
Minimum Enrollment Guarantee
Maestro Kids guarantees that a teacher will be scheduled for your child's school when at least four (4) students have enrolled and paid by the monthly enrollment deadline.
If fewer than four (4) students are enrolled for a particular month, the music program will not be held for that month.
In that event, families may choose either:
A full refund, or
A credit applied toward the following month's tuition.
Families will be notified promptly if the minimum enrollment requirement is not met.
Active Class Roster
An Active Class Roster is prepared before the beginning of each month.
Only students whose tuition has been received by the monthly enrollment deadline will be included on the roster and eligible to participate in classes.
Class enrollment is limited to 24 students.
Ongoing Enrollment
Enrollment continues on a month-to-month basis until cancelled.
To maintain your child's place in the program, tuition must be received by the monthly enrollment deadline.
Cancellation
If you wish to discontinue your child's enrollment, please notify Maestro Kids in writing before the 1st day of the month in which you wish to stop participating.
Because class schedules and lesson planning are completed in advance, tuition is non-refundable after the monthly enrollment deadline, except when the minimum enrollment requirement is not met.
Student Absences
Tuition cannot be refunded or credited for student absences due to illness, vacations, appointments, or other personal reasons.
School Closures
If the preschool or childcare center closes because of holidays, weather, emergencies, or other circumstances beyond Maestro Kids' control, classes may be rescheduled when possible. Rescheduling is not guaranteed.
Parent Communication
Please keep your email address, phone number, and payment information current so you can receive enrollment reminders, payment confirmations, and important program updates.
Photography & Media
Maestro Kids may photograph or record classroom activities for educational or promotional purposes.
If you prefer that your child not appear in photographs or videos, please notify Maestro Kids in writing before classes begin. Children will never be identified by their full name without additional written permission.
Program Responsibility
Your child's preschool or childcare center provides classroom space for the Maestro Kids program but does not manage enrollment, tuition collection, scheduling, refunds, or program administration. Questions regarding the program should be directed to Maestro Kids.
Enrollment Confirmation
By submitting your enrollment and payment, you confirm that you are the parent or legal guardian of the enrolled student and acknowledge the program policies described on this page.
