Maestro Kids Parent-Funded Enrollment Agreement

Welcome to Maestro Kids! We provide engaging, standards-based early childhood music education at participating preschools and childcare centers. By enrolling your child, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Program Information

Tuition: $50 per student, per month

One 30-minute music class each week

Classes are held at your child's preschool or childcare center during the school day.

Payment Policy

Maestro Kids collects tuition directly from parents or guardians.

Tuition is due by the 30th of the month preceding service.

Example:

Payment due August 30 for September classes.

Payment due September 30 for October classes.

Payments not received by the deadline will result in your child's removal from the upcoming month's class roster.  Pay here.

Active Class Roster

Only students whose tuition has been paid in full by the monthly deadline will be included on the Active Class Roster.

The maximum roster of 24 students is finalized before the beginning of each month and provided to the preschool. Only students on the Active Class Roster may participate in Maestro Kids classes.  

Automatic Monthly Enrollment

Enrollment continues from month to month until cancelled.

Parents are responsible for submitting tuition each month by the payment deadline.

Cancellation

Example:

To stop enrollment, written notice must be received before the 30th of the month preceding the month you wish to cancel.

To cancel October classes, notice must be received by September 30.

After the monthly payment deadline, tuition for the upcoming month is non-refundable because class rosters and lesson planning have already been completed.

Missed Classes

No refunds, credits, or make-up classes are provided for student absences due to illness, vacations, appointments, or other personal reasons.

If Maestro Kids cancels a class due to decreased enrollment below 12 students per month, a make-up class or credit may be provided at Maestro Kids' discretion.

School Closures

If the preschool or childcare center is closed due to holidays, emergencies, weather, or other circumstances beyond Maestro Kids' control, classes may be rescheduled when possible. Refunds are not guaranteed for closures outside of Maestro Kids' control.

Parent Communication

Parents are responsible for keeping their email address, phone number, and payment information current. Important program updates and payment reminders will be sent electronically.

Liability

The participating preschool provides the classroom space only and is not responsible for tuition collection, refunds, scheduling decisions, or the operation of the Maestro Kids program.

Media Release

Unless a parent provides written notice opting out, Maestro Kids may use photographs or short videos from classes for educational or promotional purposes. No child will be identified by full name without additional written permission.

Agreement

By enrolling and submitting payment, the parent or legal guardian acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to the terms of this Parent-Funded Enrollment Agreement.
