Maestro Kids Monthly School Partnership Agreement
This Monthly School Partnership Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between Maestro Kids ("Provider") and the preschool or childcare center identified below ("School").
Program Description
Maestro Kids will provide a standards-based early childhood music education program for children ages 2–6.
The program includes:
Four (4) 30-minute music classes each month
One class per week during the agreed-upon schedule
Age-appropriate singing, movement, rhythm, instruments, and musical activities
Curriculum-based instruction designed to support early childhood learning and development
Monthly Tuition
The School agrees to pay: $1200
Maestro Kids collects tuition directly from the preschool or daycare facility
Tuition is due by the 30th of the month preceding service.
This fee includes four (4) scheduled music classes per month.
Payment Terms
$1,200 per month
Monthly payment is due on the 30th day of each month.
Example:
Payment due August 30 for September classes.
Payment due September 30 for October classes.
Payments not received by the deadline will result in your school's removal from the upcoming month's program. Pay here.
Payments may be made on themaestrokids.com website or by ACH, check, or approved electronic payment method.
Missed Classes
If Maestro Kids must cancel a scheduled class due to illness, emergency, or unavoidable circumstances, every reasonable effort will be made to provide a make-up class.
If Maestro Kids cancels a class due to decreased enrollment below 12 students per month, a make-up class or credit may be provided at Maestro Kids' discretion.
If the School closes due to holidays, weather, special events, or other reasons, classes are not guaranteed to be rescheduled unless mutually agreed upon.
School Responsibilities
The School agrees to:
Provide a safe indoor or outdoor space suitable for music instruction.
Ensure children are supervised according to California licensing requirements.
Assist with transitions before and after class when needed.
Notify Maestro Kids of schedule changes as soon as possible.
Maestro Kids Responsibilities
Maestro Kids agrees to:
Arrive on time and prepared for each lesson.
Provide engaging, age-appropriate music instruction.
Maintain professional conduct at all times.
Carry general liability insurance while providing services.
Comply with the School's visitor policies and reasonable health and safety procedures.
Term and Cancellation
This Agreement begins on the Program Start Date and continues on a month-to-month basis.
Enrollment continues from month to month until cancelled.
To stop enrollment, written notice must be received before the 30th of the month preceding the month you wish to cancel.
Example:
To cancel October classes, notice must be received by September 30.
After the monthly payment deadline, tuition for the upcoming month is non-refundable because class rosters and lesson planning have already been completed. Any services already provided before termination remain fully payable.
Independent Contractor
Maestro Kids is an independent contractor and is not an employee of the School. Nothing in this Agreement creates an employer-employee relationship.
Entire Agreement
By enrolling and submitting payment, the director or authorized representative of the school or daycare acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to the terms of this School Partntership Agreement.
